Frank the service rep was great as was the cashier. These are friendly and helpful folks. The only issue I had; while I was told it would be a couple of hours for the 45K service, I actually waited at the dealer for 8 hours. There were no problems found during the service. If I had known it would have taken that long, I would have gone home to wait. The waiting area though was very clean and comfortable. I will be back.

We dropped off our vehicle the afternoon before the next day's early morning appointment. We had the usual oil change/tire rotation, etc., plus they installed an item to replace a recall problem with back to back appointments. We were called when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Steve's Chevrolet has been taking very good care of our vehicles for a long time and I strongly recommend them.

I had email communicated with Ashley for a few days. Then set up an appointment with Tina who ended up being busy but sent us to Alan who took care of us and answered 2 hours worth of questions! Very shady place to buy a car they don't honor online prices ask for you to come in post a price then mark it up after your there in person and if you don't take there mark up they say it's in transition to be sold very much false advertising horrible service.
