My family and I recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from Steves Chevrolet in Oakdale. What makes Steves special is their outstanding customer service. Given the supply constraints of today’s car market we wanted a Sales Associate that was knowledgeable, patient and effectively communicated the status of our vehicle as it was built and delivered. We had the fortune of working with Efren who checked all our boxes! He helped us find the vehicle, trim package and engine we wanted at the price point we could afford while answering all the questions we peppered him with like a champ! :) On the scheduled pick-up date, Efren had the vehicle cleaned, prepped and ready to go. He led us through the no-hassle paperwork (a Steve’s exclusive)! It’s been 3 weeks now and I still smile back on our experience. Given what we’ve now come to expect, we’ll be back for scheduled maintenance next. Thank you Steves and thank you Efren! 👍

Took my car in with issues with key not releasing from ignition it was repaired in a timely matter which I thought would take longer plus service department let me use a loaner car so I could make it to work very much appreciated

While it's never good to have major work need to be done on a car, I really appreciate the customer service of Steve's, and appreciate their concern for my ability to get things done, get to work, get the kids around.

Alan was an absolute great salesman and made sure it was possible for me to get my new 2024 Chevy Trax. He made it such an easy process for me being over 200miles away from the dealership and made sure all my questions were answered fast. He even stayed later doing paperwork after they closed for me because of traffic on the way making me arrive later than I should've.

Greeted by service representative upon arrival, paperwork completed right away and vehicle serviced within promised time frame. I am completely satisfied with the scheduled service at Steves Chevrolet.

Everyone was great

We were referred to Steve’s by our mechanic who had a difficult time re-collaborating our breaks on our Chevy Silverado. We had it towed to Steve’s. Scott, provided excellent customer service to us. He provided follow-up calls, updates on the work completed. He worked with us, to complete the work we needed to make it operational again. I would 100% trust them with your Chevy vehicle.
